£5 Clubcard voucher expired Nov 2007. I'd lost it but found it yesterday and tried to use it today - rejected. Do you think I could call the Clubcard helpline and get a new one issued if I return this one? I hope someone can help...

I wouldn't know but at the end of the day the worst thing they could say is no and you'd be no worse off than you are now.

I used several out of date clubcard vouchers to buy my RAC cover (clubcard deal) a few months ago, maybe yours will work on the deals site too?0

why not order a deal online - any deal - and then later ask for a refund (say 'not needed') - that way you see if it will work and you get the value credited back next posting.0

I've called clubcard before and they've re-credited vouchers that had just or were about to expire. I'd call them and ask. You should have no problem.Baby Year 1: Oh dear...on the move

This happened to me with 3 vouchers. I rang customer services and was told in no uncertain terms 'that they give plenty of time to use vouchers,
so, no they would not extend the date'. Maybe I just got someone having
a bad hair day.0 -

Plenty of time - my last one had less than 2 weeks before it expired <img>The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.

I work for Tesco, if you call the Clubcard free Helpline number it's on the back of your voucher or clubcard they will re-issue the voucher if it's not been used. They do it all the time as they can tell if the voucher has been used. I hope this helps0
