Best 95% Tracker Mortgage?

Hello all,

First post on here, so hello all! I was just wondering if anyone has seen a beter FTB tracker deal for 95% than the 1.39% over base that HSBC offer (no booking fee).

This would be a joint app, combined income £80k, both graduates, deposit £15k, looking for a purchase of approx £250k.

Any help much appreciated!

try rbs - they have offered me a 6.09% tracker - and its upto 95% LTV

but im not sure if this is for existing customers only

Thanks for that, the website lists that tracker as needing 90%, but will give them a call anyway, no harm in trying!

oh poo, nah, your right mate!!! I remember now, its the fixed that is 95% sorry.
