1. Competition is a free prize draw

2. Competition closes 01/11/08 and all entires must be emailed or posted to arrive before that date.

3. Prizes: 1st Prize is a Nintendo DS and a copy of the Sims2 Apartment Pets™ Game on the DS.

4. 5 runners up will receive a copy of the game on either Wii or DS platform and a Pets corner goody bag. The winners will be selected from the entries submitted. by the Judging Panel.

5. No correspondence will be entered into, judges decision is final.

6. Winners will be notified by email or phone by the 15/11/08. Winners names and locations will be available by sending a SAE to the promoter before the 30/11/08.

7. In the event that winners cannot be contacted within a 3 attempts, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Proof of posting is not proof of entering and entries will not be returned.

9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion in cases exceptional circumstances or those beyond their control.
