how do you get 20 % off, was that on-line?
The email I received does say online too.
I couldn't see a code, maybe 20% is deducted at checkout.
If you are able to go to a store
Here is the voucher you will need

20% is deducted already I think. when I was trying to order this morning the boots I wanted were £30, but went to £24 in my basket. however I couldn't check out.
trying again now, but my size is out of stock now! grr
but the boots are listed as £24 now anyway...odd??0 -
I couldn't purchase online the other day, ended up phoning my order through. It would seem that Faith are having lots of problems with their internet site.0

After battling with an "internal server error" for 30 mins managed to secure my order. Three pairs of boots for the price of one. not bad at all. HUGE thanks.A little thanks now and again would be nice.;)0

Just recieved my boots today. Ordered 3 styles in 2 different sizes (6 pairs in total). The sizes are incredible smaller than most stores. I normally take 6.5 size in most brands & ordered size 6 & 7 in all three styles. All of them are too small!!! My feet have definatly not grown, as all my other shoes still fit!
Just spoken to them in hope that they would waiver a second delivery charge, effectivly treating transation as an exchange. They won't waiver delivery charge & to make things worse they have said that i will have to pay the delivery costs to send all the boots back.   My nearest store is a 2 hour drive away, so i am not happy bunny.
Waiting to speak to a supervisor in the hope that i can justify returning them as faulty, so that they will pay the delivery charge. Wish me luck....
Proceed with caution if you don't have a local store near you! Also note, that stores within Debenhams stores won't take website returns either!November wins...a book, a designer handbag (worth £550 :T) and a game. I am now an addict and thank everyone for taking the time to share and post.

I ordered these, Raddy and they fit me just right, but bought a pair a couple of years ago and they were small. I've ordered 2 more so hope they are ok. I would sell them on Ebay if you can't return for free as Faith is very popular, might even make a tidy profit.
Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0 -
Well, that was hard work! Payment details failed four times before it actually allowed me to pay. Also, found three different discount codes on this site, applied them all, Faith website said they had been applied but there was no change in the price. Ah well, it was worth a try.
Looking forward to getting those cheap boots though!0 -
their sizes are horendous, bought too in size 7 am returning one pair.. not bad i bought them before the 20% extra but they were already on sale.0

Has anybody bought a pair of their Rocasins boots - if so what are they like for size. I am wanting to buy a pair, I am usually a size 5 but it sound like I should buy bigger if their boots are all small made.
