Barn Conversion Mortgage

As we are in a buyers market with regards to house prices I have been thinking the time was right to purchase a Barn local to me that has come on the market, at a price that would be too good to miss. ( It was previously advertised at a much higher price) I have 90% of the asking price but will need to get a mortgage for the rest to included the cost of conversion, does anyone know of a bank building society who is willing to offer mortgages for Barn conversions?
