Got mine today. One is chipped and another missing it's handle. I don't know if it's worth contacting them about it or not.

it's a shame, i've had 2 boxes, perfect.

i'd tell them, at the current price that's a good £6 worth of broken mugs.

One of mine was missing I phoned them and they said they would either replace the set (as they took so long to arrive I didn't really want to do that) or have a £5 gift certificate which I took, worth phoning and it is an 0800 number

I ordered some of these (never saw this thread before though) have had one set delivered yesterday (spots), still with neighbour so not checked them, and 4 sets are still on order (spots). I reckon they'll be cancelled.

4 lots ordered, 2 of each, 2 stripy arrived perfect, 1 spotty but 2 have chips...must be just the spotty ones with a problem...they feel a little different to the stripy ones.
