i have a ccj from 3 years ago i have 1 problem tho
does this has this been served illegally as i never received a court summons:mad:
and if it still stands is there any way to challange it as there was no summons received

I would contact the nationaldebtline with this. If you were never notified of the CCJ then you should be able to get the judgement set aside.
