. This competition is open to the public EXCEPT members and employees of the District Council, their families, agencies, or anyone connected with the promotion. Any such entries will be invalid.

3. The competition is only open to people over 16 years of age. Any entries by people under 16 will not be counted.

4. The closing date for entries is the 31 October 2008.

5. We will contact the winner within 28 working days from the closing date.

6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances South Oxfordshire District Council reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
