Free NHS Organ Donor Card & Register Your Wishes For Free.

Even though you may already carry an Organ Donor card you may not have registered your wishes with the NHS.

(You don't need to already have a card to register, it's open to all)

You may obtain a card and accompanying leaflet plus other literature, including stickers, car stickers, A4 & A3 posters by:
1. Phoning the Organ Donor Line 0845 60 60 400
2. Writing, free of charge when sending from the UK, to:

3. Going to the UKTransplant website for more information &/or to add your name & details to the Organ Donor Register.
Anyone of any age can register and will then be sent a card.

Swiss toni, glad to see this being promoted .It is an altruistic gift we can all consider free of charge. You also must remember to tell your next-of-kin your wishes. (I am an organ donor and transplant link nurse) it is really important too.0
