i am just enquiring on behalf of my mum, my brother has run up debts while living at my mums address and now has skipped the country leaving my mum with the debts, the money that he has taken out is in his own name, so should be left up to my mum to pay these, as she has been threatened with bailiffs. can my mum get a credit report but has no credit or debit card.

Nothing to do with your Mum at all. She should get herself to the CAB for advice etc. with all the bailiffs stuff.
And never let them in. Yell at them through the letterbox etc.0 -
i thought i was right, but needed some clarification.0
