TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over
2. The winner will be chosen at random on 6 November 2008 and notified as soon as possible after that date
3. The competition is not open to employees of IPC Media, Flower Design, associated companies, their agents or anyone else associated with this promotion
4. Entry is via https://www.weddingmagazine.co.uk, or by calling or texting the competition hotline. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid
5. Entry implies acceptance of the terms and conditions as outlined here, which are final and legally binding
6. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost due to transmission errors
7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
8. No purchase is necessary
9. The winner will be the first correct entry randomly drawn after the closing date of 5 November 2008
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
11. Flower Design will travel within a 50-mile radius of its location in Lytham St Anne’s. Travel outside that area will be charged for or deducted from the prize value
12. This competition will be governed by English law
13. Prize to be taken by 6 November 2009 (excluding 22 December 2008 to 2 January 2009, 13 February 2009 to 15 February 2009 and 21 March 2009 to 22 March 2009), and is strictly subject to availability
14. Winners can add to the prize money should they wish to. Competition service provider: Eckoh (UK) Ltd, Hertforshire HP3 9HN.
