what's the best credit card for borrowing

I am seeking advice for my daughter who has let her finances spiral out of control; living beyond her means! To allow her to pay off her overdraft and a few other small debts which would be the best credit card?

Virgin is doing a good deal at the moment - 15 months interest free and you can transfer an overdraft.

Goes without saying that your daughter needs to get her finances under control before being let loose with a credit card...

I thought someone would write the above and really didn't need that comment however, the credit card would be destroyed as it is ONLY for the repayment of her existing debts i.e. consolidating into one manageable monthly payment.
