I've been using firform. But I've noticed a couple of annoying things....

2) It doesn't fill all fields. Is there a way of teaching it these fields?

...
Right click on the field, select 'Fireform learn as' then select the required content.

• Hi everyone,
As a new comper, I've been sorting the comps by 'Thread Start Time' 'Ascending' using the options at the bottom of the main page, then keeping a note of which last competition i got to and working through them one by one entering those i fancy.
I thought this would ensure when i finally got the end, i would have seen all comps and then only have to keep an eye on new posted comps.
However, I happened to go back 20 or so pages and noticed several i hadn't entered, on more checking i found more on several different pages.

Does anyone know if it literally only sorts by thread start time and not thread start time + date which i thought it did.. this is the only reason i can think that would explain why random ones appear to have been missed on so many different pages..?

If this is the case, does anyone have a fool-proof way of going through each and every competition? This was the method suggested on the newbie board but doesn't seem 100%..

Thanks to everyone for their great comping advice, posting comps etc I've had 4 wins in 2 months :rotfl: i'm hooked!!

Thanks again, Sx

Problem is, the board is dynamic. That's the excuse I use anyway.

Shouldn't you be using descending? So the newest are first, then just work to the last one you thanked?

You could also do the comps ending process as well. Only taken me 4 hours to do the 30th!!!!

I do the comps ending process most days (when i have the time :p ) but was hoping to work my way through all the comps in the meantime (descending would work once i'd got up to date but i've only done 60 pages-ish so far ).. oh well

Hello sbirks23. I wonder if you mean that some comps were, say E: 26/09, then further on there were some more E: 26/9. I found this recently.

Divadee spent a long time weeding them out for us, I know, but I think some new ones may have crept in since.

bargainhuntergal, those lists are fabulous, thank you so much for your hard work! I've noticed that every time the list gets posted it gets shorter and shorter (not on purpose) but now with those great lists that won't happen! :D xxx

I'm trying to work through them this way too (I'm only up to page 17 so far! :o) - there shouldn't be any new ones  but as Al Mac says, the board is dynamic so the time/date of last post often changes making it difficult to keep track of your position AND as the Board guides move threads to Game Over, the rest are shifted up so your page position changes too! To make things easier, I've now picked up the tip (sorry, I can't remember who posted it :o) of subscribing to each thread I've read which adds a little tick to the right of the title in the thread list, making it easy to find where I last left off. It's also worth refreshing the page before moving onto the next one just in case BGs have moved threads while you were working your way through the page. I hope that makes sense. :o

Hi all,

Can anyone help? I'm trying to enter a Asda comp but it won't let me do a '@' when I'm entering my email address. I know there is another way to do it but I can't remember how. Thanks in advance.
