Hi all,
I am off to London tomorrow for a few days and am living it up on a very tight budget.
Coach travel: £5 each way with National Express
Hotel: Free night at Hoxton Hotel with free breakfast thanks to a fellow MSE'r, and 1 night at my favourite hostel, £12.50
1 Pub meal and 1 sushi meal: free (when I get reimbursed) thanks to being a mystery shopper
1 Poledancing lesson: Free thanks to a post on MSE.
1 ticket to see Stevie Wonder at the 02 Arena £75 ish, and the reason for me going at all.
I am sure to get some more freebies along the way, eg the free London papers!! I also have gift vouchers so can get more free crap.0 -

Go around there with a packet of fags, knock on the door and start smoking and tell them you really enjoyed it too.:rotfl:0 -
I won a book on totz2teens so had a look around the forum and I have to say its a brilliant little forum for Mums and everyone seems so friendly!
I love forums like that - I used to be a regular on Netmums but it became very very beetchy (as most forums tend to do as they grow bigger) and this reminds me of netmums when it was first around.
