had a rubbish nights sleep, every night is the same, my 3 year old for the past 2 weeks has been having nightmares and wont stay asleep unless im beside him!!


any tips on stopping nightmares? ugh

guess what happened while i was watching xfactor? dh came down and started mouthing off, what a load of crap i was watching blah blah, could have throttled him:rotfl:

My OH does that EVERY time I watch it! :mad: :rotfl:

He also says it all the way through Hollyoaks (or Holly Boll-oaks as he calls it) even though he's well involved with the storylines :rotfl:

my ds had night terrors where he would be asleep but running around screaming, very frightening, he grew out of them thankfully, what i done though was u get a bliss plugin which is a lavendar scent, it promotes sleep, u can get them in boots xxx also i done what my dr/health visitor suggested massaged his feet with lavendar oil, dont ask why but it worked!!! xxxxx

I started yesterday but I've still go sooooooo many to do! :eek: A girl I used to babysit for many moons ago (who is now all grown up with a baby!) is coming over to see me at 1, I should tidy up! She's the type to "comment" on how untidy my house is cos her's is ridiculously spotless ... :mad:

Has your lo just had a change in routine recntly like starting pre school or a different room etc??? My 2yo started pre school beginning of September and every night after she was very unsettled. It lasted for about 10 days and now she's fine again (apart from the early mornings but thats just her!)

Morning all. Last two days of study leave today and tomorrow so got to work really hard. OH read through it over the weekend and has made some 'comments' so need to go through those... then I think I'm done. :)
