OMG Get on the phone to EON & British Gas right now and make a massive fuss while its fresh in your head, I would even consider phoning the police!! That is absolutely bloody ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Demand and apology and answers. Spoken to both EON & BG, neither of them know anything about it & said to contact Accuread who send people out to read meters. Police took a description over the phone but don't seem interested tbh

I'm still a bit shaken but trying to hide it from the girls atm x

That's very disappointing. Perhaps you could phone the local paper?? But be prepared for them & have another room to speak to them in.

We've had problems recently with a local unlicensed window cleaner, we reported him to the police and tbh they couldn't care less.. makes you wonder, doesn't it but this is so serious, if he calls on the elderly who knows what could happen :eek: hope you find a satisfying solution, glad you and family are safe! xxx
