I think The Sun is 30p a day at the moment but I've got loads of 10p off MOC's so will only cost me 20p per day which isn't bad for the items I'll get back & I can walk to the bigger sainsbury's near me in 20 minutes so will give me the excercise I need too lol

My shopping has been cut to £65 per week in prep for christmas. I'm currently making the christmas baskets/hampers from over in the celebrations thread..And the bits and pieces are on the asda shop are included..Make lots of my own curries, Cottage Pies, Casseroles so dont buy alot of frozen..There's me, DH and 5 kids. Eldest moved out last year for Uni but I still take him shopping over every few weeks which is boxed weekly from my order. Also have 2 Large Dogs, 2 Cats and 4 gerbils and their foods on the asda shop as well...My intentions are same as last year..Huge enormous box in bottom of wardrobe..Tins and packets added each week in readiness for christmas and some of this will go to eldest to help him out at student accom...I dont think I could cut my food bill down any more but I have cut it from 75 to 65 the last few weeks.
I've noticed the food items that are shooting up..The rice, pasta and oils have sky rocketed..:eek:

It is....I could not get to one of the offies as the buses there stop way before I am due in....I did the other shop and am enjoying an ice cool beer and a takeaway. Did some more moneysaving and went to home and bargains to get popcorn and junk food for the free cinema screening I'm going to tomorrow. I went to Asda and got a 200ml bottle of Baileys for only £3 as someone had taken it out of its gift box, and then I got £2.99 off a hoodie in TK Maxx as there was a small bit of damage which I can easily remedy.:D
How've you all been?
