i had rock chick too snap! she werent our rcb, i presume there is an option to send out your msg to all.
They should refine that to specific age groups.

I got a refresh msg from flasha too, thought I was special for a while lol

My LO not slept all day so I just know she will fall asleep while having her tea now!

I've got some veg to use up so going to do stir fry with them - peppers, carrots, mushrooms, snap peas, sweetcorn, & bean sprouts. Then got some rice to go with it but don't know what else yet - I have no meat I can put in it but might do some burgers & cut them up - any other ideas???
