Bella, there was a problem with my wired modem, it kept dropping connection and had a fault, so I called customer services asking for my mac code (the code you need to change to another provider, migration authorisation code).
She asked what the problem was, and said she could sort it out straight away.
Would send me a free router. Had to buy the usb adapter cause my pc isn't wireless ready but that was only £20.
Only spoke to them yesterday and received the router today!

It's like sky, if you complain and threaten to leave, they give you the deals.

You can get a free one if you upgrade your package, but there wasn't anything they could upgrade me to.

I've been with virgin ever since I came on t'internet, so thats about 7 years now, so I think they owe me.
