Our story is:
Lloyds have incorrectly linked my husband to someone with the same name and DOB and for the past year we have been constantly pestered by different debt collection agencies, including Lowell, for someone elses debt.
I can't believe there are no laws against this sort of thing. We are completely innocent and have been completly blacklisted because of the information they have put on our credit file. We have been unable to obtain any credit at all. As you can imagine it is a complete nightmare. Basically my husband is guilty until proven innocent. Also this week my husband has received a letter from the court, and it looks like he has been taken to court!! Its completely unbelievable.
