i got aletter sayin they had applied for e/d, and tha if my creditors had no objections it would be applied. i spose there was nothing more to investigate?? honestly i don't have a clue, but it was a good day when that letter dropped on the floor x

Thats great news for you. Can anyone tell me why some people are discharged early and some have to wait the year.
Depends whether:
(a) the admin on your case can be concluded quickly
(b) whether your OR's office has the time to process the paperwork for ED. It is not a priority.
