Trained in catering, worked up to head chef and then on to kitchen manager, after working unsocial hours, weekends every public holiday and run up to xmas with partys and lunches, xmas day and new years day,
I went back to basics and I am a front of house assistant, happy now to serve meals have a normal working week monday to fri and social hours
