Will we ever get on the housing market

Me and my partner have been renting for 3+ yrs now and worked out we've paid over £20,000 in rent

I earn £15825 per year and my partner £19980.

We have no deposit, but we're interested in a shared ownership scheme. We've found a website offering this. But wanted to hear your advice around doing it? Is it a good idea? The website in question if I am allowed is http://www.homebuysouthwest.co.uk/pages/index.htm

Thanks for any advice you can give

That's £280 a month each. Pretty good value. It's the same between you as you'd pay in mortgage interest on a mortgage of £100k... which you should be able to get on a joint salary of £35k - you just need to save up a deposit!

I'd avoid shared ownership if possible, especially in the current market, but other people will doubtless be here soon with different opinions.
Hurrah, now I have more thankings than postings, cheers everyone!
