I have been trying to reclaim PPI from a loan i have with Direct line , It was pased to the FO in Febuary and i am still awaiting a result i phoned again on Monday to see how this were going and i was told it hasn't been passed onto a officer yet !
just wondering how long on average does it take for the FO to reach a result ? Do you think there might be a chance before xmas :rotfl:
