Baked Potatoes

I use to buy just a few potatoes a week. Now I buy a 12.5KG bag. You get all shapes and sizes. I know Tescos and Morrisons do them for about £3.20 a bag. So you are getting loads for a little money.

The last bag lasted me about 5 weeks. And there are only two of us. I even make mash now something I never did as I never had enough potatoes on hand.

And to make jackets I cheat I go up my mums on a Saturday morning and put them in her rayburn. Saves me fuel lol!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yummy potatoes.

The only difference between "baking" potatoes & "normal" potatoes, is that someone has sorted out all the big ones for baking.
When I buy a sack of potatoes I do the sorting myself! (that's not just huge great sacks of potatoes, but also the little sacks they sell in Lidl)
