Free petrol on Finsbury Park (London)

Well I didn't check it myself, but according to this news piece, it's happening!
Free petrol give away sees drivers flocking to Finsbury
GAMING COMPANIES HAVE done many a ridiculous stunt to promote their latest invention – but none as stupid as giving away free petrol.
Electronic Arts has taken over Last Stop garage in Finsbury Park, London this morning in order to promote its new shooter Mercenaries 2: World in Flames.
This is a great idea for all those wanting free petrol - and who doesn't given what it costs these days - but it looks like the games success will be what's in flames.
The problem is this – Electronic Arts is giving away £20,000 worth of petrol, as well as spending money on decorating the petrol station to look like the game, but are not asking customers to buy the game in return – so there's no guarantee they will ever buy it.
Customers however are having a whale-of-a-time, at last check over 150 drivers had already taken advantage of the offer to put up to £40 worth of petrol in their car – for free.
Prince Davis, 37, who queued for petrol this morning said, "This is a genius idea, whoever thought of this should be promoted," – as you would say Prince.
Not everyone was happy though, as this offer brought in many cars which clogged up the road outside and of course there are always the impatient ones.
However, one local woman complained, "This area is usually very quiet but look at it now, there's cars queuing everywhere. It's just creating unnecessary problems."
Louise Marchant, of Electronic Arts explained why they chose a petrol station, "(the game is) set in Venezuela, you play a mercenary and fuel is used as a currency."
So, yes this promotion fits in with the game, but is a petrol station really the best place to find the target audience for this game – probably not.
Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is out today and is available on Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 and PC. µ

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not from the area, but going to google maps it seems the garage is this one:

My son went there at about 9:00am and got his £40 worth of petrol. He said he only waited 8 - 9 mins. Don't ask how he managed that!0

On this case I blame the exclamation mark you used. It's how you should have written in case you wanted to show how upset you were.
Punctuation exists to ensure proper written communication between two or more parties.0 -
Oooh an exclamation mark!
Good day to you sir!
I live in birmingham!
I would of course drive all the way to london! spending £60 to get £40 free petrol!
You can feel how annoyed I must have been! You can sense my anger!
Not being sarcastic in the slightest!
The exclamation point is to exclaim something.. I was saying to people as some people may have headed out from your post that it would probably be gone... exclaimed... they should check before they leave in subtext was what the ! meant.0 -
punctuation is to make a point! FEEL MY ANGER is more of a sign of annoyment.. or generally angry words a punctuation mark has no anger implied or a sign of moaning, I am a very blunt person if I was moaning trust me you would see it in words0
-
Ill know never to use an exclaimation mark in front of you ever again oh wise and all knowing sir!!! you must be right every time.. the world must follow your way of writing so that communication exists, otherwise there will be crossed wires!0
