Hi,
I've just been adding up my debts and it's around 84k:eek: fortunately ? my wife and I have 2 houses we rent out which if we can sell (big if in todays market) could raise between 60/80k.
I'm struggling big time now to make payments as work is slowing right down (I'm a self employed decorator) and don't know where to turn

Hi GFC :hello:
have a look at the newbies sticky near the top of the board... the clever peeps on here will need you to do a standard Statement of Affairs (SoA) so they can see the priority areas!

Thanks, I'll try and get that posted over the weekend, feeling real c**p at the moment.
Got a phone appointment with cccs in a week and a bits time.
Not missed a single payment (or even been late) to a single creditor in the last 10 or more years, but had a month or so out of work at the start of this year, and very slow at the moment, and it's now all caught up.0
