It makes very little difference on way or the other.
For what it is worth I would leave the ISA as it is as itmight rain tomorrow................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0 -

Switching a £3000 ISA would save you just £4.50 a year at those rates. Once withdrawn you could not change your mind and put the money back if your ISA interest rate went up (not until next year's allowance anyway).0
