wanted to celebrate with someone

May I celebrate on this site, all our friends are unaware of our position with debt, today I sold my house, got the asking price, money in the bank. moving into rented, nicer area, better house, no more massive mortgage about to rise leaving us in a worse state, no more repairs.
I can up my dmp, pay off the ccj, and stick my fingers up to Nationwide who were the lesser creditor, and the least cooperative, informing me within days they wanted a charging order. Ha ha debt free sooner than anticipated.
Good luck to everyone out there. This house has brought nothing but misery
