dmp ..go it alone or change company ?

I have been on a dmp for 1 year now all was well but now I dont know what to do as it is a fee paying company ( I know you all advise against this but I was very happy with the account manager I had) and they have been taken over by another company, my account manager has left who I had upmost faith in ,she was a star who really supported me.I dont know wether to take this oppotunity to go it alone or go to another company (free one or fee paying) any ideas anyone.
I really feel deserted at the moment as she was my crutch when I had my light bulb moment and the past year has been a doddle but the new company is not one I reconise and there was no notice of this happening , I could be saving the £35 month fee by changing but I will be no good fighting my corner if the creditors start adding interest again if I do it myself, this company let me do it without a direct debit being set up which I prefer, do the charity ones let you do that?
so sorry for rambling but I am shaking at the thought of starting it all over again, any ideas or advice would be very welcome

I would change to a free charity or go it alone. If you think about it that £35 saved will help clear your debt faster and you creditor will get a touch more a month which should please them.
Another think to consider is you are paying this company £35 a month yet at the moment you are feeling deserted by them. This does not bode well for the futureMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000
