My BuyaGift.com voucher has expired! What can I do?

I have a driving experience booked at a venue that takes place this weekend.
My BuyaGift voucher has time expired but wasn't expired when I booked it with the venue.
I phoned BuyaGift and was told to send the voucher to them by registered post and they would look into renewing it. I was told there may be a £20 admin fee I have to pay.
I have a letter back asking for the admin fee and an additional payment for an uplift in price since the voucher was purchased. I looked on the venue website and the price has not gone up at all. I looked on BuyaGift website and the price hasn't changed either. They want an extra £60. The voucher cost £149. The venue direct charges £129. If I don't pay it I lose all my money. I think it's sharp business practice. What can I do?

Is there a phone line you can ring and speak to them direct?
If not I would write them a letter and send it first class recorded.
The admin fee as far as I'm aware there is nothing you can do but if they are trying to charge you more when it doesn't say anywhere the price has gone up you need to challenge that in your letter!Debts: Gym £[strike]465.75[/strike] Student account [strike]£1039.88[/strike] Overdraft [strike]£129.00[/strike] Credit Card [strike]£2772.22[/strike] Loan [strike]£6222.01 [/strike]
Total £10628.86
All paid off! 10/03/2009 :j0 -
