This looks great. I wouldn't mind checking this out. However I won't be going this weekend as I've heard there's a monster spider roaming the streets with a group of scientists running after it doing tests

    !!!!!!!!!!!

Is that the HUGE mechanical one?

I seen that on wednesday hanging down the side of a building by Lime street station.

Thanks OP cant wait to try the new restaurant:j

lol the government are wasting 1 1/2 million on that.. okay it sounds cool but most people arent going to be able to see it... if it was privately funded that would be great.. but government funded.. how to blow 1.5 million in a weekend.
Maybe they are just getting in some practice,
they are going to blow £9.3 billion in under three weeks in 2012.

At least the olympic stadium will still be there.. and apparently be used as a public gym of some kind afterwards.. what are they going to do with a leftover giant mechanical spider?

Watch out because I've heard the spider is getting a shower and being perfumed tonight from 7.30 pm onwards. If you're there even later on, you may catch it falling asleep under the snow.

Yes, the government has well spent its money on our spider ....!!!!

These are Brill. Hubby and I plus 2 kids got an £88 meal for free in Leeds - and the food is fantastic.

Do you have to mention in the email how many people you will be bringing?
  • Thanks Legal Eagle-I got a email before to say I was invited, so thanks to you me and boyfriend will be tucking into our complimentary meal and drinks on Tues 30th at lunchtime .(had choice of 20th or 30th) .Email says
