Really 12.7% YoY. Nice to see Sky News see through this and report the 12.7%. Surprise, surprise the BBC prefers to report 10.9%. :rolleyes:0

The scary figure is if you look at the decline for the last six months and annualise it. If the pace continues then I reckon this gives a decline of over 22%.0

The drop is about -11.7% since January 2008! It is a lot, and it is scary!!!!!
Actually, this result is comparing the current prices with the peak prices last year (August 2007), according to Halifax!!!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
