Amazon - and it wasn't even their fault

I ordered a digital camera off amazon a couple of weeks ago. It was dispatched last week, but still hadn't showed up, so I emailed them. Turns out DHL had tried to deliver it, but I wasn't in, and they hadn't left a card to let me know (why am I not surprised)
Amazon provided me with the tracking number, contact details for DHL and a £5 voucher for my inconvenience. For something that wasn't their fault, that's really good customer service.
