    Great. At the same time I would get a copy of your defence and ammend it slightly asking for copies of your CCA, breakdown of costs etc etc so if it does go to court you are not defending from just one angle. If you need to PM please feel free.

    I had a similar thing happen to me and I rushed a defence. A few weeks later I decided to amend it and sent a letter to the court accordingly.
