We will be having regular updates of all the latest women's running gear from sports goods manufacturers both large and small. We will be looking at shoes, clothing, accessories and health related products with a view to giving you the best advice on what is available in the market place.
Of course, apart from our own team of testers we will be asking visitors to running4women to test some of the products that we receive - no better recommendation than that from the women who have to use the product!
