how about any new eyecreams or eyeshadows, eyeliners or mascara or eyemakeup removers - even the facecloths or cotton pads -changed ? past few weeks.
are they itchy? have you tried a teeny bit of vaseline, after washing it gently.0 -

It sounds like you may have a little irritation. check that it does not spread or get any worse. change face cloths as often as possible to avoid it spreading. and if you are putting anything on your eyes (eg cotton pads) make sure you use a clean one on each eye. I have found two serums seem to work like magic on my skin when I have any kind of problem - Estee Lauder's intensive night treatment and AD Skin Synergy. Both seem to calm the skin as well as moisturising etc!
