mais non, mon français est terrible! with these chocolates you're really spoiling us ambassador :D

i just booked 3 nights in vienna and 2 nights in bratislava through hotelclub, via pigsback. it's 1000 piggypoints per booking, so that should be 2000 points if they stick to their terms

i'd booked 4 nights in madrid last week, but blumming ryanair cancelled the flights, so i had to cancel the hotel, but hotelclub have refunded the £25 i got for registering with them :T

fantastic value though, 3 nights for 2 people in a 4-star in vienna for £162 and 2 nights in a 3-star in bratislava for £76
return flights to bratislava: £4 return for 2 people, including taxes
i'll take the hydrofoil up the danube from vienna and cruise into bratislava
    i can't wait :j

anyone thinking about taking a break in october should hop over to ryanair's website and take a look at the £1 seats they've got, because they'll soon go
i'll let you know when i get the piggypoints so people have an idea what to expect :D:D:D

Oh cheers for reminding me about Ryanair. My daughter was looking at booking some this time round cos there were going to be some from Edinburgh airpoprt. Will remind her about them tomorrow. :D Being single doesn't make these deals much fun for me though. And I'm too chicken to go away abroad on my own lol.

Hopefully Ryanair will have the planes for Edinburgh by then?

I went to Riga with Ryanair, on my own. I spent more on parking at Liverpool than my flight. I stayed at (Fabulous) Fun Friendly Frank's hostel [which has been voted the world's best hostel in the past] and it was GREAT. Went Bobsleighing, shot an AK-47 (amongst others), and had night after night in the clubs.
