Thank goodness you are still there Jack. You dont know me but I feel I know you after reading all your posts. You have cheered me up so many times. I was so worried when you "disappeared", I thought we'd lost you. I know I am not alone when I say "hang on in there." You sound like you are in a very dark place at the moment , but you DO have lots of friends on MSE. It will get better, believe me.

you haven't ruined your life, you are just gaining expierences, no one said they will all be good but you can learn from them
