CB Rewards have amazon (4%) on their site - I know cause they sent me an email askings me not to use vouchers from other sites on there to gain cashback, vouchers I'd got from doing surveys etc. Still it saved me £45 last xmas on prezzies

If you mean Cashback-rewards Amazon went down to 2.5% some time ago and recently was removed .
