This happened to me when I ordered £20 of HQHair vouchers from Pigsback. I had a free delivery code at the time and I just couldn't order anything I wanted from the site because it would not let me use two codes. I tried several times and eventually contacted HQHair customer services in exasperation and explained the problem. A nice lady there asked me to forward her the codes issued by Pigsback, then she converted them into a instant gift card for me. I was then able to place my order. :jbrokeinwales wrote: »I claimed my first pigsback reward - a £10 hqhair voucher. Yet when I try to use it on the hqhair site it tells me that my shopping total isn't sufficient to redeem my promotional code. I can't find anything on the pigsback offer details that says I have to spend over a certain amount - in fact surely if I did the definition of the offer would be a "money off coupon" rather than a "voucher". I'm a bit pee'd off frankly, as I was looking forward to a treat I wouldn't normally get, rather than spending extra money. Is this just a big con or what?
Hope that helps.

Hi, I joined Pigsback a couple of weeks ago, and after reading this thread decided this week to give the Racecaller a go.
Day 1 - complete guess - won! Day 2 - used tip from radio - won!
Unfortunately day 3's horse came 3rd and yesterday's came 6th, so looks like it may be all downhill now!0 -
