Hi, I was wondering if some lovely person could help me please?!.....I usually buy online via Quidco, but I purchased via Pigsback for some shopping from Boots.com a few weeks ago. Usually with Quidco you can see if it has tracked or whatever, but with Pigsback theres nowt in my account showing.....so, how long do you wait before you get in contact with peeps at PB? And if so how abouts do you contact them, do you have to put a ticket in like you do on quidco? Sorry to be a div!

    Thanks xx

I don't think Pigsback are doing Boots.com any more - couldn't find it with the search bar, so I don't know how long it should take for the points to be credited. But I checked Amazon - and it said to wait for 6 weeks for the points to be credited. So if you haven't got the points by that time, I would contact them - just use the "contact us" button at the bottom of any Pigsback page. Or you can email them at membersupport@pigsback.com. It won't do any harm to chase them up.

    Good luck! icon7.gif

I just wanted to say that I registered with dogs trust hoping to get 700 piggypoints for doing so. I never heard anything and then emailed the pig and found I had registered with another email address, not the one I use on pigsback - rats!

However, a very kind lady at pigsback, called Evelyn, assisted me and I got my 700 points immediately, so just for a change I would like to say - well done the pig!

I'm sure the list of winners listed on the Quizzler page hasn't changed since last week  anybody else think so?
    TOP MONEYSAVING TIP

Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!
