    happy birthday.. you only get points if you signed up for them over a year ago.. you cant sign up to them now as they say they have been having a problem with it .. if you had signed up then email them to jog there memory

    you only get the birthday bonus if you signed up a good while back, (not sure how long ago exactly). they don't do it any more for new members joining.

    I had my birthday on the 13th Sept and didnt get a points either, this is the email they sent me

    Not happy with Curly at all today. Took up the Petplan insurance in June on the basis that with the points it worked out cheaper than another supplier. After chasing numerous times, I was told today that I'm not getting the points on the basis that the affiliate site didn't recognise me as taking up the offer through Pigsback. Funny that I took a note of the date and time that I did this, plus provided them with a copy of the policy number.

    Not amused at all. So, cancelling the insurance tomorrow and asking for the premiums paid to date to be reimbursed. Going to Trading Standards abous this too so that they don't con other people.
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
