Really worried and wondered if any of you can help?!
My husband entered into a car finance agreement last year he was in the army and when discussing it with them they asked if he had a partner and if she could talk to me she basically said would i be happy to become a point of contact for when he was out of the country with work etc and i agreed they sent through the paperwork which we both asked to sign and before i'd realised i'd become a guarentor for him. I know i sound really stupid but i had no previous experience in this and we just got caught up in things
Anyway shortly after he left me and dissapeared completley (also from the army so no one could trace him. Today i recieved a letter from Hillside Services Limited to my parents address where i now live, asking me to call them what should i do..... really worried?!
