I was at lunch today and had what i can only call peppermint millionaires shortbread.
But instead of caramel it was a peppermint layer.
I am searched the internet to find how to make it but have found nothing. So ladys i turn to you for help.
Anyone know how to make this?

Was the peppermint layer like peppermint creams or different?0

It was just like the caramel in consistancy but green in colour and mint in taste.0
