i have asked them for a list of all my creditirs account numbers and balance of what i owe them so i have written to all the small ones asking them if they will accept a small and final settlement ( i have yet to hear back from them) .
when i got the list of payments that i have paid into the iva company they total exactly 6376r sheet they sent me was there fees

These fees are pretty standard.
Surely this was explained to you when you signed up for the IVA?
It is precisely why we on DFW rarely suggest anyone does an IVA.
Unfortunately the only way out of one is bankruptcy. because of this it is not appropriate for you to make preferential payments to your smaller creditors. The OR can reverse them and you could get your kniuckles rapped.Your first port of call should be to contact one of the Debt Charities; see links below. Their services are free; they have no vested interest to serve; their advisors are professionally trained and the advice they give will be objective and in your best interests only.CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000 Business Debt Line 0800 197 6026 CAB – Contact your local office and ask to speak to a Specialist Financial Advisor. A list of good contacts to whom you can complain formally. I would start by seeing id the Financial Ombudsman would accept a complaint. But it may not be possible to do anything other than go BK now, or keep paying up.
