New to this & Dealing with Triton & RBS CC debt

After deciding last night not to get too depressed about this I decided to post for the first time. I defaulted on the RBS CC in June after missing some payments. In hindsight I coud l have dealt with better by calling and telling them I could not make the minimum. Anyways after refusing to accept what I said I could pay they sent it to the solicitors but I eventually spoke with someone at Triton Credit Servcies who agreed to £200 for 3mths which just ended. I called last night to make a payment and to say that I could not now afford £200 due to partner now redundant (unemployment caused the debt in first place for 6 mths last year). They said they could not but I insisted that a manager called me back and they called back to reduce to £180. I may not be able to make this at end of month unless things improve.
My experience has been that they refuse to accept that I cannot pay more and think that because I work full time and own my property that they can stick to the highter amount and even said that a judge could take it from my salary?
I have cutback a lot non essentials and even got cheaper childcare but things are still tight as mortage just went up by £400. Unable to get better deal because credit is rubbish due to default. I have managed in the last 2mths to get rid of OD of £1000 as was using constantly even was charged over £1500 in OD charges. I am currenlty within OD but fear it will go over again as nearing limit. I have enquired about and IVA but backed out as other agengy suggested that a debt management programme maybe better.
In all we owe about £35000 in bank loans & Credit card plus a mortage.
I have managed to cut back outgoings by £150 a month so far and have a few more bits I could chop but it will not dent the current debt. We lost about £2800 with partner not working any suggestion on what to tackle first? My initial enquiry was about what to do with Triton trying to reduce payment to them
Thanks

I'm giving your post a bump as the board seems busy today and you've slipped. I'm at work so can only post occasionally & briefly0
