or not?
we have had some conflicting advice and was hoping somebody on here could clear it up for us please?
we did own our own flat in 2003 we had a lloyds tsb mortgage for a 1 bed flat however after finding we were expecting baby no.2 in 2005 we could not afford to buy bigger so sold our flat and have been living in private rented accomadation since
we have spoken to 2 mortgage adviosrs one says he considered us ftb and the other said we are not? help please?

My understanding is that if you have not held a mortgage for 12 months you are considered to be a FTB.I am a Mortgage Adviser
