Dear all, please help!
We are buying the flat in for £190 000. However the mortgage is £150 000 and the rest is our deposit.
Which bank do you think has the best deal?
We are not first time buyers, but We are still a bit lost in all the offers and information...
Any help - information is great!
Thank you very much!
Regards

Hi Smudla
No-one can say, based on your post, what's 'best' for you. For example, whether you're wanting the stability of a fixed rate, or if you'd be happy with a payment going up and down, like a tracker. And many other factors.
You could start by having a look at the FSA mortgage tables or moneyfacts.co.uk to get in idea of what's on the market.0 -
Whats good for you might not be good for others, so its an impossible question to answer really. It all depends on how you view risk (do you want to fix or track etc), how you want to pay (interest only, repayment, do you want to overpay, do you have lots of savings etc etc), and your personal circumstances (how good your credit rating etc is).
A search on the FSA mortgage comparison site would be a good start

If you're unsure though, you need to follow the general advice which is to visit a whole of market advisor who will be able to talk through all the options with you.
