RedBalloon - my voucher has been received today - hope yours has too - many thanks!

mrs bluebear - please don't be put of Boots or complaining - all companies need to take feedback from their customers seriously - and if you do not receive a reply with 24 hours, I would ring Boots and ask for the email address of the Directors Office, and forward a copy of your email to them. It is not good enough that an SA does not know their job, or CS actually expects you to go round that circus again!

I rang CS yesterday, to complain about my local SS tills constantly needing authority to proceed. The complaint was more the fact that there is never enough staff to override, and often several people on SS tills are stood waiting - defeating the point. I was awarded 500 points - but said working tills would be a better reward!

I've just got around to opening my post(water bill was putting me off lol) and have just sat here for ten whole minutes bawling my eyes out(and i'm a tough cookie!) at what you two lovely ladies have sent me! I am TOTALLY SHOCKED! Your both totally mental and over generous and I can not even work out why on earth you sent me such an incredible gift, completely out of the blue and without any 'reason', let alone what I have done to 'deserve' it. It really has pulled at my heart strings that two people can be so overwhelmingly kind, thoughtful and generous. I will write you an email or speak to you both on msn later when my heart starts beating regulary.

And as for the poem that was sent with your gift, it was incredibly sweet(although i'm not too sure it is true lol) ...apart from the last two lines, for which I shall be having words with you about later lol

I hope neither of you mind me posting my thanks on the thread, but wanted to say a 'public' thank you aswell as privately later

I'm not sure if MRS T and pash would mind  honestly I was shaking, not just because of their REALLY generous gift, but the sheer fact that they sent something without 'reason' and the words that came with it.

I'm crying again now pmsl(runs off to go be a 'big girl') lol

You're very welcome! Question is, which brand to go for? :rotfl:
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Taking my Sis in law shopping tomorrow and going to use the best Boots bargains to decide where we go!

Si if I buy two, the till sees £4.56, so add something for 44p and get the two vouchers, but it'll only actually cost me 78+78+44p?

    Thanks!
Try using a Mitchum £1.50 coupon with a Mitchum £1.00 coupon too. In your example above you could put thru 2 of each and pay nothing!

If the SA and the till allows you to of course. :)

And you too pash, you are sooo popular here and make me smile in the evenings with all your innuendos....:rotfl:! A very kind lady indeed!

If only I had as many friends who were as thoughtful - sadly my closest ones keep emigrating! x

Hiya! I think you are quite local to me - were all your fantastic perfume bargains from one of the Cheltenham stores?

    TIA,
    Clare
The majority were in Chelt High street but there were some in the retail park as well, I have just been in the high strret one and they only have a bit left. This was right by the perfume counter. If you were after smiley perfume they have this upstairs near the steps in the baby dept.
Will not spend more money:naughty:, but will spend more time looking for that great bargain!
